Instructions For 7 Day Detox Diet Recipe

7 day detox diet plan helps you safely and efficiently rid your body of harmful toxins. Unlike liquid based plans, it is absolutely safe for 7 days, with no adverse side effects. It is a completely natural method of cleansing your body.

Day 1

You should only drink fresh fruit and vegetable juices for breakfast, lunch and dinner. You can drink all mixed juices you want. Make sure to drink about 1.5 liters of juices. You can also drink mineral water.

Day 2

Boil 750 g of potatoes and divide them into two-three portions. For breakfast you can have one slice of bread and 100 g of cheese.

Day 3

Boil 200g of rice for 30 minutes in non-salted water. Divide rice into five portions. Eat one portion every two hours. You should also drink at least 2.5 liters of mineral water.

Day 4

For breakfast you can have one slice of bread, 100 g of cheese, one apple or pear. For the rest of the day you can eat only fruits about 1 - 1.5 kg. Avoid bananas. You should also drink 2 liters of mineral water.

Day 5

Boil 150 g of macaroni for ten minutes in salted water. Divide them into three-four portions. For breakfast you can have one slice of bread, 1 teaspoon of butter and one boiled egg. For the rest of the day eat only the macaroni.

Day 6

For Breakfast you can have one slice of bread, 1 teaspoon of butter and 1 boiled egg. For the rest of the day eat 1 kg of vegetables - half fresh and the other half stewed. You should also drink 2 liters of mineral water.

7 Day

For breakfast you can eat one slice of bread, one teaspoon of butter, 30 g of cheese, one tomato, a few slices of onion. For lunch you can consume 100 g roasted veal, 120 g boiled potatoes mixed with one tablespoon vegetable oil and two tablespoon of parsley. For dinner you can have 100 g green salad, three tomatoes, one small onion, 100 g boiled vegetable marrows, 100 g boiled or roasted fish, one slice of rye or whole meal bread. You should also drink 2 liters of mineral water.

During the 7-day detox diet plan, you should stay away from the obvious things, such as rinks, chocolate, coffee and tea.
