Detox Lemon Diet
Lemon detox diet (also known as the Lemonade Diet) is invented more than 30 years ago. It helps your body to flush out stored toxins. It has been admired in numerous countries for its effectiveness and is regularly used amongst doctors and naturopaths.
You use the juice of a fresh lemon in a cup of water. You drink this in the morning because that is the time when your body is in a natural cleansing phase.

In the lemon detoxification diet, water is very important. You should drink at least 64 ounces every day.
The diet consists of fresh water, pure lemon juice, cayenne pepper, and Natural Maple Syrup.
Here is how you make the detox drink:
- two tablespoons of freshly squeezed lemon.
- two tablespoons of natural maple syrup.
- 1/10th of a teaspoon of cayenne pepper.
Mix these ingredients in eight oz. of fresh spring water, hot or cold. Drink six to eight glasses of this mixture every day for 7-10 days.
