Raw Food Detox Diet Plan
The raw food detox diet is high in raw plant foods and low in animal proteins. The plan highlights whole, unprocessed foods, mostly large amounts of uncooked fruits and vegetables.
By eliminating your body's wastes, you will achieve weight loss. The diet plan is based on the fact that at temperatures higher than 118º F, live enzymes are destroyed. Raw food is plant food not cooked above this temperature.
This detox diet plan is not exactly a vegan diet. However, the majority of the foods are plant-based with very little animal meats and dairy products included.
