Corned Beef with Cabbage Recipe

A simple dish but tastes wonderful.

Makes: 10 servings

Onion (chopped) – 1

Celery bunch (chopped) – 1

Carrots (chopped) – 4

Water – 4 cups

Ground coriander – ½ teaspoon

Ground mustard – ½ teaspoon

Corned beef – 5.88 lbs.

Cabbage head (quartered) – 1


  1. Place the veggies at the base of a crock pot and pour in the water.
  2. Mix the spices together and rub the beef with it.
  3. Place the beef on top of the veggies and cook covered on low for 7 hours.
  4. Add the cabbage to the crockpot and cook for another hour.

Nutrition Information per serving: 583 Cal, 40 g total fat, 13 g carb., 5 g fiber, 42 g protein.
