A simple dish but tastes wonderful.

Onion (chopped) – 1
Celery bunch (chopped) – 1
Carrots (chopped) – 4
Water – 4 cups
Ground coriander – ½ teaspoon
Ground mustard – ½ teaspoon
Corned beef – 5.88 lbs.
Cabbage head (quartered) – 1
- Place the veggies at the base of a crock pot and pour in the water.
- Mix the spices together and rub the beef with it.
- Place the beef on top of the veggies and cook covered on low for 7 hours.
- Add the cabbage to the crockpot and cook for another hour.
